be a company logo, an event logo design, team
logo or something else you would like screenprinted
on merchandise. First, you must decide exactly
what you want screenprinted. Most clients have
a general idea of what they want before contacting

If
you already have artwork for your custom screenprinting
design...
Most
of our clients have a general idea of what they
want before contacting us. Whether your logo is
on letterhead or downloaded off your website,
our custom design artists will recreate your existing
logo or recreate a new design incorporating your
existing artwork into a design that's suitable
to be printed on any number of apparel and merchandise.
While
it's best to have artwork as high in resolution
as possible (preferably 300dpi), we'll work with
you on whatever you have available.
The
standard fee for recreating your artwork is $35.
This low price covers recreation of existing artwork
or creation of new artwork utilizing a variety
of clip art images we have on hand. Included in
this low price are all separations and screen
preparation.
This
$35 art and setup fee is a one-time fee, granted
your artwork remains the same, and we'll store
your separations in our company archives for all
your future orders.
Providing
us with your logo or other artwork in most raster/bitmap
image files will be acceptable. However, we prefer
.TIF, .JPG, .GIF, .PCX, .CDR, .BMP, or .EPS files.

Screenprinting Design Details
Screenprinting
Spot Colors:
Most
screenprinting is done with a spot color and half
tone process. In order to recreate artwork for
color separations vector files are necessary.
Artwork:
Artwork can be sent in CorelDraw 11.0
or earlier, Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or earlier,
.EPS, .WMF or any other PC vector file. If you
do not have vector based artwork we can create
it for you. Depending on the complexity of your
logo we charge very low artwork fees starting
at $35. Keep in mind, this is a one-time art and
setup fee and we will provide a copy of the file
for your records as well.
Color:
Your logo may include up to six different colors
of ink. If more than six are needed we will blend
existing colors to acquire the necessary shades.
Due to the process of inks, anything printed on
medium to dark textiles requires a white under
base. Keep in mind, this will count as an additional
color when pricing your product.
Logo
Development Process: After
creating or recreating your artwork, we will send
you a sample of your logo via email and a confirmation
of print location and colors for your approval.
You will want to contact us as soon as convenient
with your approval. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Minimums:
Screenprinting minimum is 12 units per design
and per design colors.
Screenprinting Process Colors:
Process printing is using cyan, magenta, yellow
and black to create every color in a spectrum.
In order to recreate artwork for color separations
vector files or raster images are acceptable.
Artwork: Artwork can
be sent in CorelDraw 11.0 or earlier, Adobe Illustrator
10.0 or earlier, also raster images may be used
if supplied in high resolution format (300 dpi
or greater) such as: .TIF, .JPG, .PCX, .BMP, or
.EPS. Any high-resolution file must be zipped
up before email, or sent by mail on a CD or Zip
disk. Depending on the complexity of your design,
there may be an additional fee to the low $35
artwork and setup fees. This will be determined
on an individual project basis and you will be
contacted if your particular design requires special
attention. Keep in mind, this is a one-time art
and setup fee and we will provide a copy of the
file for your records as well.
Color:
Your logo will exist of multiple
colors and shades. For optimum results this process
should be limited to light colored and white media.
Do to the process of inks anything printed on
light or medium colored textiles requires a white
under base. Keep in mind, this will count as an
additional color when pricing your product.
