why we've created the Fast Track Service.
By
choosing the Fast Track Service you'll get your product
in the fastest amount of time possible. See below for
details regarding the Fast Track Service. If you are
interested in this special service don't forget to mention
this to the representative you speak with on the phone
or mention it in the comments section when making online
purchases. Your order will be processed quickly and
the appropriate fees will be added to your order.
Fast
Track Service Details
Timeframe:
Your
order will be shipped out of our facilities in 5 business
days or less depending on the order placed. The five
day timeframe begins once the final artwork is approved.
Your approval needs to be provided as quickly as possible.
We will do everything possible to get the final layout
to you for your approval in a timely manner to meet
the 5 business day deadline.
Please
note that we can only guarantee that your purchase will
ship from our factory within this time frame. We can't
be responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
If you require a specific date to receive the merchandise
and we must use an expedited shipping option to meet
this deadline, the appropriate shipping charges will
be added to your order.
Cost:
Twenty percent of the order total (or
$50 minimum charge.)
Special
Notes: Please be
aware that some services cannot be performed within
this 5 day timeframe due to the nature of the product.
These may include certain signs and promotional products.
If you require embroidery work to be done and you need
your logo or design digitized for the first time, the
Fast Track Service timeframe may not be attainable if
your logo contains certain complexities.
We
will determine these special circumstances on a per
project basis and a sales representative will contact
you regarding your specific time requirements.
